Both email and telephone customer services are tested for speed and accuracy.
If any toy shop fails to meet our expectations on any of the above, they are not featured on UK Toy Stores.
Should we receive complaints about a featured store we will perform the tests again.
If you know of a toy shop website that is not featured please let us know, we can’t guarantee they will be featured but they will be considered.
