I ordered a Plum Product sing set and many parts were missing from the delivery making the slide and ladder unusable.
When I called them, they made me feel like it was my fault and didn’t even apologise for ruining my son’s birthday. I’m still waiting for the parts and not at all happy.
I will not use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We ordered a trike for our son, which was of poor quality and in our opinion did not fit the on-line description. When we complained, they were rude and confrontational. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. I totally agree with Andy and would never use this company again, or recommend them. We have contacted Consumer Direct about them and would urge other dissatisfied customers to do the same!

An absolute disgrace! Rude, unprofessional and dangerous. I ordered a bike which was broken on arrival. They tried to get me to fix it which I refused.

I ordered a firepit which arrived damaged. When I contacted Customer Services I was asked to contact Parcelforce to ask them for a refund. I was taken aback and not keen to do this since I had no contract with Parcelforce. After an exchange of emails bordering on rude, All Fun Gardens contacted Parcelforce themselves, but it has been 6 weeks now and I have still had no refund and am still in possession of the damaged firepit. My communication with the company has been EXTREMELY frustrating. I am dismayed to see similar comments above and very worried that I will never receive a refund. I have ordered many many things on the internet but never experienced a problem before even though I have occasionally received a damaged item in the past. My advice – STEER CLEAR OF ALL GARDEN FUN – a website that comes under the umbrella of “All Retail Ltd”.
