Avoid this lot like the plague! Almost 2 months after placing the order (where they took my money at point of order) and still no delivery. The only number you can contact them on is answered by someone who has no information whatsoever on your order and only passes (via e-mail) to Customer Services! In other words the customer cannot talk to Customer Services directly which increases frustration and slows the whole process down.

After numerous attempts to assess the status of my order I received a call saying the item was out of stock - this should have been done at point of order or at least the money should not have moved until the order was dispatched. I did, however, acknowledge the tardy service and accepted the revised (promised) delivery. Once this date passed I contacted them again only to be told that it had been dispatched but they could not provide me with any details from their courier (tacking ref, a signature of the person who received it such as a neighour).

I was advised that I should check with my neighbours (which I did) so then contacted the Bubble Shop to inform them that no package had been delivered to my neighbours. Still they could not give me any information from the courier so I'm led to believe that the shop is lying to me as they refuse to mention the courier so I'm unable to check whether they use tracking references (they charge you £4.95 delivery by the way)

They also state that they will resolve any issues by e-mail within 3 working days yet I've not had any response after 6 working days.

I am now reporting them for theft as, after almost 2 months, all that has been evidenced is that they have taken money out of my account.

This is the most frustrating internet experience I have ever encountered and I urge all to avoid this joke of a company!
