One visit to Kiddiecare.com and you’ll realize that you are visiting a site that has everything you need.  The site is enormous and packed with everything ranging from Christmas toys to name brand baby furniture.  Though the site is large, it is very easy to navigate.

You’ll notice that at the top of the site you can register, log in, track your orders, contact customer service, and choose returns.  Kiddicare.com offers plentiful resources to help ensure that customers remain satisfied and have access to quality customer service when they need it.

If you are visiting the site for the first time and would like to browse through the numerous products, you can choose to search by selecting a category, a brand, or by using a keyword search in the form box.  Directly underneath the category, brand, and search features are tabs that help shoppers find the products they are looking for easily and efficiently.

At the top, you’ll find the tabs are classified as: prams, buggies, and twins; car seats and carriers; cots, beds, and furniture; nappies, clothing, and bedding; highchairs, feeding, and sterilisers; stairgates, playpens, and monitors; and toys, bouncers, and swings.  One of the things that you’ll like about Kiddicare is that on the left side you’ll find that there are a number of tabs that are all geared towards customer service.  There is a nice button where you can add the site to your favorites, a very handy tool, as well as my favorite, Customer Comments.  The Customer Comments will take you to a section of the site where you can read what real customers are saying about the site, the products, and Kiddicare’s service.

In addition, Kiddicare works hard to make sure that their customers are satisfied.  They offer delivery on Saturdays and have free delivery on orders over £ 50.  They also offer live chat between 9:00 A.M and 5:00 P.M.  If you haven’t been to Kiddicare.com I recommend that you visit their site and see for yourself why they are the BPA Nursery Retailer of the Year.
