This site was a great disappointment. After 3 months I still have not received my order. After repeated emails I still have received no reply. They took my money & have provided nothing - no product - no explanation. Buyer Beware.
Leslie Halstrom DID NOT recommend Letterbox on 11.05.2008. 15:22Like the other reviewer, I found this site extremely disappointing. Even having paid extra for premier delivery, the items did not arrive on time. Staff are unhelpful. AVOID this site at all costs.

Will never use them again, they are no longer unique and they are now more expensive than most alternative companies.
