Little Heaven has a dual focus: "traditional wooden & classic toys" in conjunction with "stylish & funky childrens' clothes". Oh, and, by the way, don't let the word get around, but there is free shipping with online orders. Little Heaven is for your "little angels", and because it's heaven dreams always come true. This magical little toy shop is located in the Heart of the Lake District, but you can see all the inventory on the web as well. Tiny toddlers and their wee ones will get a lot of enjoyment out of actually visiting it though. While the focus is on wooden toys, there are also awe-inspiring puppets, sweet teddy bears, doll houses, and exotic pirates, domestic farms, and castles.
Little Heaven itself believes that recreation is not what's important about toy-buying. They know and have written out on their website mission statement that it's essential to the emotional, social, and cognitive dimensions of a child's life. Therefore, they have a large selection of toys that educate as well as interest. These gifts delight everyone - parents included. Joy, development, growth, and enhanced creativity are the fruits of your mecca to Little Heaven.
The toys are truly amazing in breadth and variety. Bendable keyboards, Doctor Who, Wild Republic, wall stickers, and more truly sit alongside the craziest, funkiest children's clothing. Snuglo, Stardust, Edward Sinclair, and the prestigious Lucy Locket are all featured. One of the customers mentioned the following about their clothing purchased from Little Heaven:

I used this on line store to purchase a Christmas present in October last year. I ordered two items, one of which arrived, the other never has. The shop owner, P Irving promised me a refund as the item was out of stock (this on Christmas Eve!). I have never received a refund, despite several emails requesting this and them promising it. I would not use this shop ever again. I will never get my money back and I feel the owner is dishonest. Once he had my money he neither supplied the item ordered, nor refunded when he was unable to do so. I had to purchase another present for the child concerned, leaving me even more out of pocket. Have spoken to others on a Forum since who have had the same problem.
