		<description>I agree the mail oder express website is user friendly and the ordering process is fine.  My only concern is the lack of customer service.  I placed an order a week ago and paid delivery for the goods to arrive by Wednesday the latest.  The goods still haven&#039;t arrived.  I accept that delays in delivery do happen but on this occasion I needed the item in time for somebody&#039;s birthday.  I have tried to contact the company several times by telephone but the automated service keeps hanging up the phone.  There has been no response to my emails so I am running out of options.  So far I have had no way of communicating with the company.  As the item has not arrived in time I would like to cancel the order but have no way of nowing how to do this without any contact from the company.  My advice is that if you are in a hurry to receive the items then order in good time or try another comapany.</description>
