Had to buy something from Toysareus watford today as Smyths didnt stock it (shame) well what a miserable bunch they are! No one serving at the tills so i asked a woman on the floor “are any tills open”, the reply “hang on im busy, wait over there” how polite!!

pram breaks broke after two DAYS of use asked for them for refund, they refused and also refused to exchange pram said ‘i had to take it up with the manifactures’. What happened to statitory rights? The lady manager was a real witch and had no people skils what so ever! I will be shopping at smyths in future. IT IS CHEAPER AND THE STAFF SHOW A DEGREE OF RESPECT TO PEOPLE WHO ARE WANTING TO SPEND THERE HARD ERNED CASH!

Ordered and paid for a buggy travel system to be deliverd from an other store. After 5 weeks waiting rang to enquire of the situation. Was told it had been lost in transit. Replacement product not available so was offered a £10 voucher to be used in store.Offer decined due to never ever using Toysrus ever ever again
