Awful awful customer service. If you can take any advice it would be this: DO NOT SHOP AT TLF. Don't go anywhere near them. Don't believe me? Just do a google search for "Two Left Feet Customer Service" and spend all day reading the complaints (if u had the time).

Ordering from Two Left Feet relatively easy but the problems start if you need to return any items or cancel the order. It’s impossible to contact Two Left Feet via the phone and they take three days to respond to emails so it is not easy to resolve any issue quickly.

I cancelled my order within hours of placing it but they did not respond to my cancellation email until after they had dispatched the goods 17 hours later when I was told that I was too late.

If this was not bad enough, it has now been 31 days since I cancelled the order and I have still not received a refund!

The main reason that I used Two Left Feet was because they were £10 cheaper than Pramworld but I think that spending £10 more and getting excellent customer service is probably worth it.

Stay away from Two Left Feet!! Ordered pram with '4-6 week delivery', it is now 10 weeks and no pram in sight! Try to speak with customer service? They claim they are 'upgrading the customer service system' and can only communicate with them via email. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. If you are luckier, you might get a reply!

DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE RUDE ARROGANT PEOPLE. I MADE AN ORDER ON APRIL 24TH PAID IN FULL AND AS OF JUNE 17TH AM STILL WAITING ! NO CONTACT FROM A SO CALLED AFTERSALES TEAM NO REPLY TO 8 E MAILS AND THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR EVER HOPING YOU RING OFF.I REPEAT DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THEM

Do Not order anyting from this shop. I have reported them to the police for fraud as they do not fulfill their committments to deliver at all. they take your money and that's as much as they do. There is no way to phone them (noone will answer the phones) They do not answer emails - makes me wonder if they are a phantom company. Don't understand how they can be in business. Why hasn't trading standards closed them down?

DON'T TOUCH TLF WITH A BARGEPOLE!!! Agree with all the foregoing. The level of non-responsiveness of this company is absolutely unprecedented in my experience. I cannot understand they are allowed to remain in business.

AVOID this company. Customer Service is horrific, I am about to become a first time mum and the stress and upset this company has caused me is unbelieable. I have waited 2 months for a refund and I cannot afford to buy another baby bouncer until I get this money back. They do not answer emails and you cannot reach them on the telephone.

We have been waiting for a refund since April from these crooks. Do not touch two left feet with a bargpole. we are now going to make a claim against them in the county court and also contacting BBC Watchdog. They are utter scumbags preying on people who don't have enough time to chase them up

Dont go near them. we ordered an awful lot of products from them and they messed us around with deliveries. Then we had a problem with two items and since April they have been dragging their feet. They dont respond to emails until they fancy doing it and they dont return phone calls....not even the so called director. Its still not sorted and all i can suggest is not to go anywhere near them......you'll regret it if you do.

I heartily agree with all these comments. The customer service of TLF is nothing short of appalling. We ordered some items which were meant to be delilvered within three days but we heard nothing from them at all. We eventually got through on the phone (after 43 minutes) and were told that they weren't in stock. We then cancelled our order. After three weeks we still had received a refund. We then rang again (another long wait before phones were answered) - only to be told that it takes 28 days for a refund. After 28 days, we contacted them again only to be told that they had not received any notification of cancellation. We forwarded the cancellation e-mail but have not heard anything not got a refund. I'm on the phone as I write...

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - THEY HAVE DELIVERED SOME OF MY GOODS (AFTER THREATENING LEGAL ACTION)BUT STILL AWAITING OVER £100 WORTH OF GOODS. WISH I HAD CHECKED OUT THESE WEB SITES BEFORE BUYING.

i cant believe i never noticed any reports before i ordered... ive ordered a pram and car seat costing 300 cant get through on the phone and am not getting replies to my emails.
my baby is due on the 30th of sept and im feeling i need to order another pram and car seat just in case.
seriously dont order from this company, its too much stress for mums to be, let alone the rest of their family.
